14U and 16U Traveling Leagues

The  14U and 16U Traveling programs  are designed to provide a quality competitive softball experience to players ages 14 and older. This league is for players with intermediate to advanced skills who want to play at a competitive level.

Development of players continues to be critical in order to be competitive in game situations; ultimately playing time is competitive and starting positions must be earned. The amount of playing time each player receives will depend on attitude, skill level, commitment, absences, injuries and game/tournament situations. The most competitive athletes in each position may need to play more in order to give the team a chance to win more competitive games.

Program Goals:

  • Learn and develop intermediate to advanced softball skills and team play.
  • Focus on player development within a competitive team setting.
  • Learn how to contribute to a team, be a good teammate, and to compete with teammates to earn playing time, and learn to understand that different roles need to be filled on each team and learn to accept roles on the team.
